A message from Dr. Lauritzen

|
As an experienced physician with over a decade of specialization
in Orthopedic Surgery, I take a highly personal approach to caring for my patients. I believe that one of the most important
aspects of providing quality care is the establishment of a good patient-physician relationship through communication and
patient education.
As a graduate of the University of California, Davis Orthopedic Surgery Training Program, you can
be assured, my credentials are excellent. Prior experience treating professional athletes contributes to my ability to provide
quality treatment for a wide range of athletic injuries. My years as Assistant Professor at SUNY Upstate Medical Center provided
me with the unique experience of teaching other physicians, further contributing to my skills as a surgeon.
Currently,
my practice encompasses the medical and surgical treatment of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, with a
special emphasis on sports medicine and knee injuries, this includes arthroscopic treatment of joint problems, minimally invasive
joint replacement, and cartilage sparing procedures.
